Drona City visit: Is this actually livable?

Visited Drona City last week, finally. Kids have moved out, so we're selling our big house and need something smaller, low-maintenance. Drona City's price range looks good, but I'm worried about the actual living experience, you know? It's completed, so possession ki tension nahi hai. But residents, batao, daily life wahan kaisi hai? Is the society vibe friendly for older couples, ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Maintenance charges kitne aate hain monthly? Also, hospital proximity mere liye important hai. Koi ache hospitals paas mein hain kya, easily accessible? On paper, amenities kaafi hain, but are they actually usable, ya bas show-off hai? Honestly, don't want to regret moving into a place jo sirf photos mein accha lage. Any honest feedback about the community aur overall quality of life wahan?
