Drona Residency investment: Real picture needed
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now I'm seriously looking at Drona Residency in Greater Noida for an investment. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, you know. I see all the marketing spin daily. So, off the record, what's the real scene with their delivery timeline? Builder ka track record kaisa hai for timely possession? I'm worried about under-construction risk; delays can seriously kill ROI. Also, iska resale market kitna liquid hai? Matlab, 5-7 saal mein exit karna ho toh buyers milenge kya? And investor vs end-user ratio ka kya haal hai wahan? Don't want to end up in a ghost society, that's bad for rentals too. Koi insider info hai toh share karo please. Personal experience hai, ek friend ne ek aur project mein invest kiya tha Alpha II mein, builder ne 3 saal late delivery di. ROI ka toh socho hi mat. Drona ka possession date 2026-06-01 dikha raha hai, but inn builders pe trust karna mushkil hai. Kya unka RERA record clear hai for past projects? Uspe research kar lo pehle, warna budget aur mental peace dono bigad jayenge.
