Kids have finally moved out, and honestly, this big house is too much work now. We're looking at Drona Residency for a manageable 2BHK. How's the actual carpet area efficiency there? I don't want a place that feels cramped. And what are the real monthly maintenance charges? Don't want any surprises after selling our current place. Are good hospitals truly close by?

Drona Residency sounds like a good option for downsizing! I've also been looking at 2BHKs in that area. The carpet area is always a big worry, builders often quote super area and then actual usable space is so less. Hope someone here has visited it.
