DS Heights: My next Gurgaon investment dilemma?
Honestly, I thought I had the Gurgaon market figured out after my last two deals, but DS Heights has me scratching my head. I'm looking for another investment property, aiming for long-term hold and decent rental income. DS Heights Sector 86 mein hai, location wise theek lag raha hai. Builder ka track record bhi I've seen, mostly on time delivery. But what's the real capital appreciation potential here? From my experience, initial sales figures can be misleading. Log bolte hain rental yield 4-5% milega, but is that realistic for a 2BHK in that area? Aur resale market kitna liquid hai? Will I find a buyer easily if I need to exit in 5-7 years with good ROI? Any owners ya investors who've bought into DS Heights, please share your experience. Kya numbers look good for long-term wealth creation?
