My main concern is the actual daily living experience. Is it genuinely good to live there, ya sirf paper pe hi achha hai? Amenities on paper look great, but actual usage aur maintenance ka kya scene hai? Especially the hidden costs. Maintenance charges kitne lagte hain monthly, aur kya koi unexpected expenses bhi aate hain? I need to understand the total cost of owning here. Commute to Cyber City kaisa hai?
