Totally agree with U9. Hidden charges toh pakka hain, especially for projects near Ghaziabad. Negotiation is tough, they usually don't budge much. Better to get everything in writing.
U5, mere ek cousin ne Achchheja mein ek property li thi 3 saal pehle, Renowned Group ka nahi tha but similar builder. Unko laga sab clear hai, but possession pe builder ne electricity connection, club membership, IFMS, PLC charges ke naam pe 3 lakh extra maang liye. Unka budget pura hila diya. So yes, hidden charges are a big thing to worry about.
