NRI investment in Mohali feels like a gamble sometimes. I'm based in Dubai, seriously looking at a 3BHK in Sector 49, Mohali. My budget is around ₹1.8 Cr for a decent flat. Since I can't do site visits easily, I'm relying heavily on community insights. My biggest concern is the resale market. Agar future mein bechna pade, is it easy to find genuine buyers? What kind of appreciation ya discount can one expect in Sector 49 compared to current rates? Also, for families, schools aur hospitals ka kya scene hai nearby? Good options hain ya long commute karna padta hai? I'll need a property manager, so what's the typical tenant profile there – young professionals or families? Yaar, exactly my thoughts! Mohali mein investment, especially from abroad, feels risky. Mera budget bhi similar hai. Resale ka hi darr hai sabse zyada, agar kal ko bechna pade toh.
Totally agree. Sector 49 ke kuch projects, like 'Green Residency', kaafi over-priced lagte hain. Kya aapne unke brochure rates dekhe hain? Seems like they're targeting NRIs specifically, thinking we won't check ground reality.
