I'm based in Dubai, eyeing Ansal Aastha Mig Zone. How do you verify a builder's legal track record and title deeds in Rajkot? Is RERA compliance enough, or should I dig deeper?

Ansal API? Bhai, Rajkot mein unka track record utna accha nahi hai. RERA toh basic hai, but inke projects mein delays bahut common hain. Dubai se dekh rahe ho toh double check karna padega.

Totally agree with U1! My uncle almost invested in their project near Krishna Kunj years ago, but pulled out because of bad reviews. Builders like Ansal API, established in 1967, have a long history, but recent projects matter more, especially in Raj
