Based in Dubai, I'm looking at Duggal Housing (ready) versus DDA Meera. For rental potential, is Duggal's completed status better, or does DDA Meera offer more future appreciation?

Dekho, dono ke apne pros aur cons hain. Duggal Housing completed hai, toh rental income immediately start ho jayegi. Price range 28L-55L is also quite accessible. But since it's from 2013, you might need to factor in some renovation costs. DDA Meera, on the other hand, might offer better appreciation in the long run if it's in a developing area, but the wait and uncertainty are huge risks. For an NRI, ready property with minimal hassle is usually preferred. Maybe look at areas like Alaknanda where older ready properties still command good rentals and decent appreciation.
Current market prices kya chal rahe hain Duggal jaise complexes ke liye? Aur rental yield kitna expect kar sakte hain? Dubai se invest kar raha hai toh clear numbers chahiye honge na.
Sahi kaha, mere dost ne Aram Bagh mein liya tha, rental yield bahut average hai. Appreciation bhi slow hai compared to what he expected. Ready toh tha, but tenant finding was also a task. Duggal ka check kar lena tenant pool kaisa hai.
Rental yield ke liye Alaknanda ya Anand Niketan side dekho, udhar thoda better returns hain because of student population ya corporate tenants. Duggal ka area thoda family-centric hai.
Duggal ke area mein 30-40L ka apartment 10-15k tak rent de sakta hai, which is around 3-4% yield. Not great, but decent for Delhi's current market conditions.
Meri personal advice hai, DDA ke chakkar mein mat padho. Mere ek rishtedaar ne Anand Vihar mein DDA ka flat liya tha, 5 saal lag gaye possession milne mein. Aur jab mila, toh finish quality bhi average thi. Rental mein toh ROI bahut slow tha. Duggal agar ready hai aur location theek hai, toh usmein headache kam hoga.
Bhai, ready possession is always better for rental income, especially when you're not in the country. Duggal Housing 2013 se ready hai, matlab tenant immediate mil jayega. DDA projects mein toh possession dates ka panga chalta rehta hai.
Ready properties ki demand toh abhi high hai, especially for immediate rent. Minor touch-ups toh har purane ghar mein hote hain, that's normal. Cost of delay in DDA is far higher.
Haan, 2013 se ready hai, but condition kaisi hogi ab? Renovation ka kharcha toh nahi aayega? Mumbai mein toh purane projects ka maintenance headache hota hai.
Dubai se invest karna hai, toh ready property Duggal Housing sounds good for rentals, but DDA Meera ka kya scene hai? Reliable hai kya? Ya sirf appreciation ke chakkar mein phas jayenge?
DDA Meera mein plot sizes ka issue suna hai, bahut chote units hain sometimes. Rental potential ke liye space bhi toh matter karta hai. Ek baar check kar lena.
Sahi sawal hai, bhai. Duggal Housing ka track record bhi mixed suna hai. Ready toh hai but quality ka kya?
