Dubai investor's Noida dilemma: Maintenance value?

My loan pre-approval is done but I'm stuck deciding on the best investment. I'm based in Dubai, so visiting isn't easy. Really need ground truth before finalising anything. Looking at Saraswati Executive Home, Noida. For investors, do high maintenance charges actually translate to good services or is it just a money sink? I'm thinking about long-term ROI and tenant retention. Also, are the clubhouse and security systems genuinely well-maintained and used, or do they become ghost facilities after a year? What's your experience with the actual service quality vs. the monthly fees there?
