Bhai, Inner Meadow In The Sun toh 2020 mein possession de chuka hai as per RERA (PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/180131/000544). Kya aapko possession mil gaya tha time pe? Iss price range (₹3.8 Cr – ₹6.6 Cr) mein buyers milna mushkil hai unless it's a prime location or unique property.
Same here, yaar. Bengaluru market thoda slow hai abhi, especially for high-end properties like ₹3.8 Cr. I almost invested in a similar project near Akshayanagar, but pulled out just in time.
