Dubai se Delhi investment: Negotiation ka sach?

₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Satbari – is this the actual market rate now? I'm in Dubai, can't visit. Builder New Lamba Real Estate se kitna negotiation possible hai? Are there hidden charges like PLC ya OC ke time pe?

Bhai, 1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Satbari? Honestly, sounds way too high, even with the market heating up. Especially from New Lamba Real Estate. I heard some not-so-good things about their previous projects near Vasant Kunj. Being in Dubai, you're at a disadvantage for on-ground checks. Negotiation with these guys is usually tough, they'll show you a 'discount' but recover it through hidden costs later. Be very careful with PLC (Preferred Location Charges) and especially OC (Occupancy Certificate) charges. Often, they delay OC and then slap you with a huge amount right
