Bhai, 1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Satbari? Honestly, sounds way too high, even with the market heating up. Especially from New Lamba Real Estate. I heard some not-so-good things about their previous projects near Vasant Kunj. Being in Dubai, you're at a disadvantage for on-ground checks. Negotiation with these guys is usually tough, they'll show you a 'discount' but recover it through hidden costs later. Be very careful with PLC (Preferred Location Charges) and especially OC (Occupancy Certificate) charges. Often, they delay OC and then slap you with a huge amount right
