Dubai se Faridabad investment: Goyal Luxury Floors
Budget finalised for a Faridabad property, but finding reliable info from Dubai is really tough. I'm looking at Goyal Luxury Floors by Rahul Mangla, price point ₹2.65 Cr. Being an upcoming project, I'm worried about the builder's actual delivery track record. Rahul Mangla ka past projects ka kya scene hai, time pe possession mila hai logon ko? My main goal is investment, thinking 5-year appreciation. Is it a good bet for that, considering it's luxury floors? Also, rental potential for such a high-value property in Faridabad... will it attract good tenants easily? I can't do site visits myself, so I'll need a property manager. Legal clarity aur power of attorney process bhi thoda tension de raha hai. Any ground-level info on this project ya builder? Thanks!

Bhai, Dubai se investment sounds exciting, but Rahul Mangla ka track record... thoda iffy hai. Aur upcoming project without RERA... that's a huge red flag for first-time buyers like us. ₹2.65 Cr for an upcoming project in Faridabad without RERA is a big risk, especially from abroad. Have you checked other builders in Sector 35?
Totally agree. My cousin almost booked with him for another project a few years back, and it got delayed by almost 2 years. They
