Is it really worth buying near Jewar Airport now, or have prices already shot up too much? I'm based in Dubai, so site visits mushkil hain, relying on community feedback. My budget is around ₹80L for a 2BHK/3BHK in Greater Noida. Pehle I was looking at Phi II, but my agent is pushing Yamuna Expressway side due to Jewar Airport and FNG Expressway. Mujhe darr hai ki project delays aur builder ke promises kitne real hain. Kya FNG ka real impact prices par dikhega, ya bas speculation hai? Which properties near these upcoming infra corridors, like Aqua Line extensions, still offer good investment potential without being totally overpriced? Also, remote se legal clarity aur rental management kaise handle karte hain, if I can't visit often?
