₹1.8 crore ka budget leke Gurugram mein property dekh raha hoon, but confused bahut hoon. I'm based in Dubai, toh site visits karna almost impossible hai. Soch raha hoon under-construction mein jau ya ready-to-move hi lu? Honestly not sure. RERA ke baad bhi kya project delays common hain, specially with builders like M3M or Godrej? Dwarka Expressway ya SPR ke paas 2BHK ya 3BHK mein kya better ROI milega? Remote management ka bhi tension hai, koi property manager trustable milta hai kya? Power of attorney, legal hassles ka bhi darr lagta hai. Koi experience share kar sakta hai ki NRI investment mein kya challenges aate hain?

Bhai, same boat! Dubai se Gurugram dekhna is a nightmare. Under-construction ka risk toh high lagta hai, specially remote se. Ready-to-move hi better option hai I think.
