Dubai se Noida investment, value kahan milegi?

Since January I've been shortlisting Noida flats for investment. I'm based in Dubai, can't do site visits. Sectors like 150/151 seem high. Any chance of price correction near Jewar Airport or Noida Extension? Ya phir, koi specific builder like Floral Realcon, where spot discounts are still possible? Need to maximize ROI.
