Kolte Patil Life Republic R17A — this project has been on my radar for a while now. I'm based in Dubai, so site inspections are difficult. Builder ka delivery track record, especially for timely completion, kaisa hai? ₹2.5 Cr investment ke liye, resale market kitna liquid hai? Realistic rental yield kya expect kar sakte hain? Power of attorney se remote management kitna feasible hai?

Totally agree! First-time buyer hoon, aur Dubai se invest karna hai toh aur bhi risk lagta hai.
Bhai, Kolte Patil ka track record toh mixed hi suna hai. Especially for timely delivery, thoda doubt rehta hai. R17A ka toh ₹2.5 Cr price point hai, itna bada investment karke delay ho gaya toh headache ho jayega. Remote management ke liye Power of Attorney se kitna safely manage kar sakte hain, ye bhi tension hai.
