Dubai se Sohna investment – remote challenges
₹1.5 Cr budget for Sohna investment, can't visit myself from Dubai. Lykehomes Avenue mein interested hoon but construction quality ko leke thoda worried hoon. Logon ka experience kaisa raha hai post-possession? Cracks, seepage ya fittings issues kitne common hain? Also, amenities jo promise kiye the, woh actually deliver hue ya bas paper pe hain? As an investor, I'm thinking long-term maintenance aur resale value. Kya property managers wahan pe reliable hain? Any ground reality checks would be super helpful.

Bhai, Dubai se invest karna Sohna mein, that's a big step. Lykehomes Avenue ka price range theek hai but construction quality is always the biggest fear, especially for remote buyers. Mera ek dost ne Baharampur Naya mein liya tha, usko bahut dikkat aayi baad mein.
Haan bhai, Baharampur Naya mein quality issues common hain. Lykehomes Avenue ka bhi sunne mein aaya hai ki construction speed slow hai. Remote se trust karna mushkil hai.
