Gurugram's utility promises are often just on paper. I'm based in Dubai, looking at Ambience Lagoon for investment. Can't do site inspections myself. Kya water supply ka issue rehta hai, like tanker dependency? Aur power backup, full flat backup hai ya sirf common areas? Builder OC ke baad bhi utilities mein mess karte hain kya? Construction quality ka impact kitna hota hai in services pe? Resale value aur tenant attraction ke liye yeh sab matters a lot, especially for NRI investors. Honest feedback needed.

Power backup toh mostly full flat ka hi hota hai in high-end projects, but water supply ka issue zyada prominent hai. Ambience Lagoon ke aas paas bhi ground water table kaafi neeche chala gaya hai. Tanker supply pe depend karna padta hai. Aur OC ke baad, builder ki responsibility khatam ho jaati hai, RWA ko hi dekhna padta hai. Construction quality agar sahi nahi thi toh ab uske repercussions dikhenge. For an NRI, it's a big hassle.

Meri bhi society mein same issue hai, water treatment plant kharab hai aur koi sunta nahi. Ek NRI investor ke liye toh ye double headache hai, door se manage karna.
Ambience Lagoon 2003 ka project hai, toh abhi tak utilities ka kya haal hoga? Construction quality ka impact toh bahut hota hai services pe, khaas kar plumbing aur electrical wiring pe. Kya builders OC ke baad bhi utilities ko properly maintain karte hain ya fir sab residents ke upar chhod dete hain? NRI investors ke liye ye information bahut critical hai.

Totally agree with this. Mera ek friend Airport Road ke paas rehta hai, uski society bhi 15 saal purani hai. Har garmi mein paani ka issue hota hai aur generator pe bahut kharcha aata hai. Investor ke liye toh yeh sab ROI pe seedha impact karta hai. Plus, tenant bhi aise issues se bhaagte hain.
