8 years of renting, 10 rent hikes, ab bas! I'm eyeing Duggal Housing Complex, price range ₹28L-₹55L seems okay. Everyone glorifies its location, but nobody talks about actual daily living. Society ka vibe kaisa hai? Maintenance charges kitne lagte hain? Is it genuinely a good home ya bas investment hype? Change my mind.

Haan, security wise toh theek hai, guards rehte hain 24/7. Par amenities mein zyada expectations mat rakhna. Ek chhota park hai aur basic parking. Swimming pool ya fancy gym jaisa kuch nahi hai. Vibe theek hai

Totally agree with U5. Mera personal experience hai, maine bhi ek aise hi 'glorified location' waale old complex mein le liya tha. Baad mein pata chala ki electrical wiring aur plumbing pura change karwana pada. Usmein itna kharcha ho gaya ki naya flat le sakta tha. Daily life mein ye sab chhoti-chhoti cheezein bahut irritate karti hain. Make sure you get a thorough inspection done before finalising anything.

Location toh theek hai, but sirf location se ghar nahi banta na. Maine suna hai old complexes mein maintenance ka kharcha bahut aata hai. Aur ye 2013 ka hai, ab toh 10 saal se upar ho gaye. Maintenance charges kitne lagte hain wahan, koi idea hai?
