Okay I'll be honest — I thought RapidX would fix everything for Duhai, but commute times still seem like a headache. Last monsoon mein waterlogging ka issue bhi kaafi tha, right? Is it really improving, ya phir sab waise hi hai? Thinking of a 2BHK there, but these two points are big red flags for me. What's the ground reality, especially near the station?
