Dwarka 2BHK resale: Is it easy to exit later?

Is the resale market for 2BHKs in Dwarka actually healthy right now? I'm looking at a 2BHK, around ₹1.6Cr, in a Godrej Properties project. My parents keep saying resale mein later problem hogi. Honestly, not sure agar future mein selling easy hogi ya nahi. Koi experience share kar sakta hai?

Bhai, ₹1.6 Cr for a 2BHK in Dwarka? Godrej ka naam hai but price point thoda high nahi lag raha? Resale mein toh aur discount expect karte hain log. Mere friend ko Alaknanda mein exit mein problem hui thi.

Totally agree. ₹1.6 Cr for 2BHK in Dwarka is too much. Better options are available in West Delhi if you look closely.
