Honestly, I'm still wondering if I timed this right. Just moved into my 3BHK in Dwarka last month, paid ₹2.1Cr. Thought it was a good deal, considering Metro Phase IV. But now I'm hearing about UER-II impacting new areas. Did I jump too soon? Is end-user demand strong enough for steady appreciation in Dwarka? Friends say I should've waited for Godrej or DLF. Not sure if I overpaid or if this is just buyer's remorse. What's the current market sentiment for Dwarka versus Vasant Kunj?

Bhai, you're not alone! Dwarka mein Metro Phase IV ka hype toh hai, but 2.1 Cr for a 3BHK? A bit steep, no? Which sector did you buy in? I'm looking at Sector 19/20 but prices are crazy. UER-II is definitely a game-changer for peripheral areas.
