Just moved into a new society in Noida, and tbh, seeing everyone consider ATS Le Grandiose. But Dwarka Anamika Residency is upcoming, so which is better? Everyone glorifies ATS, but nobody talks about the carpet area. It's less than advertised, right? Also, builder trust matters. Dwarka is new. ATS delivered, but delayed. Should I go with ready possession or take a chance? Change my mind.
Need a bigger space for the kids, so I'm looking at Palm Olympia. But yaar, the advertised price and the actual cost? Huge difference! PLC charges are insane. Dwarka Anamika Residency is upcoming, so can't compare. But Olympia seems like a trap. Is it even worth it? My wife's priority is a safe society. Anyone else facing similar hidden costs in Palm Olympia? What to do?
Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75. RN Elite looks tempting, ready to move. But Dwarka Anamika Residency's price is lower. Is the risk of under-construction worth the savings? Anyone booked there?
Dwarka Anamika is still upcoming, so obviously risky. Sai Upvan mein at least you can see what you're getting for that price. But carpet area ka kya scene hai? Kisi ne compare kiya hai? ROI wise, which one makes more sense in the long run?
I'm finally buying my first property in Noida, but so much confusion! I'm looking at Dwarka Anamika Residency (upcoming) versus Purvanchal Oriental Insurance Apartments (ready). Honestly not sure which way to go. Dwarka Anamika Residency is new, so obviously under construction risk hai. But the price seems better. Purvanchal is ready to move – less risk, but is it worth the extra cost? What about carpet area? Which gives more usable space, considering I'll be living there with family? Also, resale value after 5 years - which one will appreciate better? I'm thinking of renting it out later. What does the community think? Should I take the under-construction risk or go for ready possession? Help me decide!
I'm finally fed up of renting. Landlord raised rent AGAIN. I'm looking at A S Homes Apartment vs Dwarka Anamika Residency. A S Homes is cheaper upfront, but what's the catch? Dwarka Anamika claims bigger carpet area, but is it real? Has anyone verified? Also, A S Homes is under construction, so possession delays ka kya scene hai? Which one has better ROI in 5 years, considering everything? Honestly not sure which way to go. What do you guys think?
MMD Provica Homes is ready, but Dwarka Anamika Residency is upcoming. My kids' school admission is next year. Is it worth the risk, yaa? Or should I just go for ready OC?
