Dwarka Expressway completion dates are a joke

Just got possession of my 3BHK in U Block last month. Builder ne bola tha connectivity will be seamless with Dwarka Expressway and SPR. Abhi tak kuch nahi, travel time bohot zyada hai. Mera EMI jaa raha hai, aur promised infrastructure ka koi sign nahi. Is it worth waiting ya should I look for a resale option? Bohot frustration ho rahi hai. Any advice on how to deal with this post-possession? Others facing similar issues near SPR?
