Sector 102 along Dwarka Expressway — I'm really looking at properties here for a 3BHK around ₹1.8 Cr. Everyone's saying the imminent completion of Dwarka Expressway will be a game changer. My parents keep saying to wait until it's fully operational, but I'm worried prices will just shoot up then. Is it better to buy now, pre-completion, or wait for the full infrastructure benefits? Also, how much will Global City really impact nearby sectors like 102? Honestly not sure if the hype is real or if we're seeing some PLC already priced in.
