Dwarka Expressway completion timelines are a major red flag for me.

We're looking for a 3BHK, maybe around Sectors 102-113, for my kids' school admissions next year. My wife's priority is safety and a good neighbourhood. Builders keep pushing the 'imminent completion' for Dwarka Expressway, but I'm worried about long delays for basic infrastructure like water and roads. Is the Global City project also going to be stuck for years? Are there still affordable investment windows near these corridors, or is everything already overpriced?

Bhai, you're not alone. Dwarka Expressway ka hype toh poora hai, but ground reality alag hai. Water supply aur connectivity ka issue bahut bada hai. Hum bhi Sector 109 mein dekh rahe the, par builder ne jo dates di hain, unpe bharosa nahi ho raha. Kya sach mein 2024 tak sab set ho jayega?
