Did a site visit to Sector 102 on Saturday and honestly wasn't expecting this. Prices for 3BHKs near Dwarka Expressway are already quite high, like 1.8-2.5 Cr for something decent from M3M or Emaar. Everyone's saying the Expressway finishing will push prices even higher, but is it really true for *all* projects there? I'm wondering which specific sectors, maybe 108 or 113, still have some upside left before Global City kicks in. Also, I keep hearing about infra delays in Gurugram. Is the Dwarka Expressway completion timeline actually realistic, or will it drag on? My parents keep saying not to trust projected timelines. Should I wait, or is this the last chance for good entry points?
