Dwarka Expressway delays are killing my budget

Spent the whole Sunday checking out options near Dwarka Expressway, especially around Sectors 102-113. Honestly, I'm kinda stressed. Builders like M3M and Godrej are quoting insane prices, saying Dwarka Expressway completion and Global City will make everything shoot up. My broker was pushing a project near Basai, saying it's a steal because of the upcoming infra. But I'm just worried about the constant delays. Is the promised completion of Dwarka Expressway by year-end even realistic? My parents keep saying these projects always get delayed by years. I'm looking at a 2BHK, around ₹1.5 Cr, but if the infra takes forever, isn't that money just stuck? What's everyone else seeing with these timelines? Should I wait or jump in now?
