Sector 93 — I'm looking at a 3BHK here, maybe ₹2 Cr. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, you know? Builders were pushing Dwarka Expressway completion for months, saying prices would jump. Now, it's still dragging on. My concern is these constant delays for projects like the Expressway. Is the promised completion even realistic anymore? It feels like the appreciation everyone talked about for areas along Dwarka Expressway is just on paper. Have others faced this? What did you do about it?

Totally agree with you, bhai! I'm also eyeing Sector 93, specifically a project near Basai. Builders were showing fancy brochures saying Dwarka Expressway will be fully operational by last year-end. Now, it's almost mid-2024 and still stuck. My parents are pushing me to buy, but this uncertainty is making me so nervous. Lagta hai sab hawabaazi hai.
Same here, yaar! My budget is also around 2 Cr and the delays are a real headache. Bahut stress
