Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. I'm looking at Golf Course Extension or maybe Dwarka Expressway, around ₹2.5 Cr for a 3BHK. With Dwarka Expressway nearing completion and Global City coming up, prices feel high. Is Gurgaon District's appreciation potential peaking now? Or will these infra projects drive another big surge?

Bhai, Dwarka Expressway ka hype toh poora priced in ho chuka hai. Builders ne already future appreciation kaafi absorb kar li hai. 2.5 Cr mein 3BHK wahan ab mushkil hai, ya quality mein compromise milega. Global City ka buzz hai but ground reality mein abhi time lagega. I'd say Golf Course Ext. Road still has some genuine growth left if you pick wisely.
