My 3BHK in Sector 92, possession was in March. Honestly, abhi bhi sochta hoon ki price sahi pakdi thi ya thoda wait karna chahiye tha. Dwarka Expressway ka completion sunke toh laga tha ki kaafi appreciation milegi, but Global City ka kya scene hai? Log bol rahe hain delays hain for that project. Sector 91/92 mein kya abhi bhi investment window hai for a 2BHK around 1.2 Cr ya sab price ho chuka hai? Koi first-hand experience batao, especially with these infrastructure projects aur unke timelines.

Meri opinion mein, sirf Dwarka Expressway ke bharose rehna theek nahi hai. Aapko society ki amenities, builder ka track record, aur sabse important, actual social infrastructure (schools, hospitals, markets) dekhna chahiye. Sector 91/92 mein abhi bhi yeh sab develop ho raha hai. Is price point par thoda aur research karo.
Completion ke kareeb toh mushkil hai, bhai. Jo hain, unke prices already sky-high hain. Jo naye launch ho rahe hain, unmein bhi 3-4 saal ka wait toh hai hi. Aur facilities ka toh puchho hi mat, abhi tak basic grocery store ke liye bhi bahar jaana padta hai.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Koi specific project hai jo abhi completion ke kareeb ho aur ye sab facilities offer kar raha ho?
Thoda positive side bhi dekho. Dwarka Expressway poora hone ke baad connectivity toh improve hogi hi. Aur Gurugram mein land parcels limited hain, toh long-term mein appreciation toh aayegi. Haan, delays frustrate karte hain, especially Global City ka. But current market conditions mein, agar aapko koi reputable builder ka project 1.2 Cr mein mil raha hai 2BHK, toh for a 5-7 year horizon, it might still be a decent bet. Just don't expect miracles overnight.

Reliable timeline? Haha, good one! Main toh Basai ke paas ek project mein phasa hoon. Builder ne teen baar possession date badal di hai. Global City ka bhi yahi haal hai. Jab tak road connectivity poori nahi hoti aur commercial development nahi aata, tab tak Sector 91/92 mein appreciation mushkil hai. Abhi toh sirf investors ka khel chal raha hai, end-users ke liye value for money nahi hai.
