Is it worth paying a premium now, expecting appreciation post-completion? Or should I look at areas like Golf Course Extension Road where it feels a bit more established, even if pricier? My parents keep saying patience is key, but I don't want to miss out. What's the real capital appreciation potential along the Expressway after it's fully operational? Totally agree! Dwarka E-way is massive. My brother is also looking in 109. ₹2.5 Cr for 3BHK seems okay, but M3M projects are always on the higher side. Have you looked at any specific M3M project?
Bhai, M3M ka possession track record dekh lo pehle. My friend booked with them near Badshahpur and the delays were crazy. Don't just blindly trust the hype.
