Spent the whole Sunday checking out options near Dwarka Expressway, specially around Sector 108. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is totally different, yaar. Builders are pushing Dwarka Exp. completion hard, saying prices will shoot up. My main question is, is this imminent completion really happening on time, or is it another Gurgaon infrastructure delay story? Matlab, Global City ka bhi buzz hai, but jab tak roads nahi banti, kya fayda? Off the record, what's the actual ground reality for areas like Sector 108? Will the appreciation really kick in right after Dwarka Exp. opens, or is most of it already priced in? Also, for Global City, what's the real timeline looking like? Thinking of a 3BHK, budget around ₹2.5 Cr. Any tips on checking actual project progress beyond builder promises?

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! Dwarka Exp. ka completion date toh har saal change hota rehta hai, aur abhi bhi sun raha hoon ki kuch patches mein land acquisition issues hain. Builders toh hamesha hype create karte hain, but ground reality dekh ke darr lagta hai ki kahin paisa fas na jaaye. ₹2.5 Cr. is a huge amount for a first-time buyer like me, and taking such a big risk on builder promises is really difficult. What if the possession gets delayed by years?
