Dwarka Expressway keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 43, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. With Dwarka Expressway nearing completion, prices are already up. Is the premium near areas like Sector 102 really justified for future appreciation? Are there still affordable investment windows on Golf Course Extension Road? Already have a home loan, so justifying this price jump is crucial. What's everyone's take?
