Dwarka Expressway ka hype toh bilkul real hai. I'm fed up of renting, finally decided to buy, but projects near Dwarka Expressway, like around Sector 90, seem to have already priced out average buyers. Builders ne rates itne badha diye hain. Is it even possible to find anything decent under 1.8 Cr for a 2BHK now? Yaara, thought these infra projects would open up affordable options, not just inflate prices. Any areas near the expressway still have some scope for appreciation without breaking the bank?
