Dwarka Expressway prices are already too high
Been in my 2BHK in South City I for 5 years now and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK, maybe a villa. My current home loan almost done, so looking for something new. But yaar, Gurugram mein prices bahut zyada badh gaye hain, especially with all the Dwarka Expressway hype. Matlab, is it even worth it to buy near the Expressway now? Investors ne already saara appreciation kha liya hai kya? I'm seeing projects near Dwarka Expressway, like Sector 102-113, and the prices are crazy. Is the promised appreciation from Dwarka Expressway and Global City projects *really* still there for end-users like us? Or is it just speculation now? South City I mein toh abhi bhi traffic ka issue hai, aur wahan prices bhi upar ja rahe hain. Should I look at areas slightly away from the immediate impact zone for better value, ya phir abhi bhi Dwarka Expressway ke sectors mein entry possible hai for decent ROI? What's your experience?
