My lease ends in 3 months. EMI vs rent math doesn't make sense anymore, so I'm finally taking the plunge. Gurugram mein property dekh raha hoon. Dwarka Expressway completion kaafi close hai, aur Global City ki bhi baatein chal rahi hain. Not sure if these infra projects will really push prices up crazy high around Sectors 102-113. Kya lagta hai, is it the right time to invest there, ya abhi bhi affordable options mil sakte hain?

Dekho, pricing depends on the builder and exact sector. Maine last month ek site visit ki thi Sector 108 mein, they were quoting 9500-11000 per sqft for a decent builder. But check RERA status properly. RERA registration number kya hai project ka jisme aap interested ho?

Supertech ka toh bahut bura haal hai. Unke projects mein kaafi issues hain, insolvency tak ki reports hain. Better avoid them agar abhi book kar rahe ho.

True, 102-113 toh ab out of budget hai. Agar affordable chahiye toh Badshahpur ya Basai side options dekh lo, thoda aur outer hai but connectivity better ho jaayegi.

Totally agree with you! Mere ek friend ne Sector 109 mein liya tha 2 saal pehle, uski property value already 30% up ho gayi hai. Ye Global City ka announcement aur expressway ka completion, bas yehi chahiye tha.
