Is Dwarka Expressway completion going to push prices crazy high in Sectors 102-113? I'm looking at a 2BHK there, builder bol raha hai ki airport connectivity se ROI badhega. Honestly, not sure if it's already priced in. Is there still an investment window for early buyers, ya ab late ho gaya?

I'm also a first-time buyer and this Dwarka Expressway thing sounds too good to be true sometimes. My friend bought a plot near Baharampur Naya a few years back thinking the same, and abhi tak appreciation utna nahi hua jitna bola tha. Gurugram market is very tricky, especially for new areas. Totally agree with your point. I booked in Sector 102 about 4 years ago, and while prices have gone up, the possession delays have killed all the excitement. Connectivity acchi ho gayi hai but living experience abhi bhi utna smooth nahi hai.
