Fed up of paying high rent in Vasant Kunj for years, ab finally apna property lena hai. Log kehte hain secondary market mein zyada negotiation hota hai, but new projects like Sun Real Estate in Sector 15 Dwarka, unpe kitna discount expect kar sakte ho? Aur yeh hidden charges, possession ke time pe jo aate hain, unka kya scene hai? Honestly, I think most 'negotiations' are just optics. Builders already build in that buffer. Change my mind.
