UER-II aur Metro Phase IV ka real impact Dwarka mein kya dikh raha hai? I'm in real estate, but buying near Sector 22 Dwarka for myself is a different ball game. Builders ki marketing toh pata hai, but off the record, are prices actually moving up because of these infra projects? Not sure if current rates already factor in the whole UER-II and airport expansion hype. Kya lagta hai, there's still an investment window for decent appreciation, yaa sab already priced in hai? Any specific areas near Dwarka or builders you'd recommend jo abhi bhi 'affordable' hain?
