U4, as far as I know, Rawat's project in Dwarka Sec 14 is still facing delays. My friend was looking there last year, and they kept pushing the dates. Last I heard, it was supposed to be Q4 2023, but abhi tak toh kuch final nahi hua. They are notorious for this.

Totally agree with U2! Hidden charges are their specialty. Expect to pay extra for everything from club membership to 'power backup connection charges' that are never mentioned upfront. They'll spring it on you at the last minute.
Bhai, Rawat Construction? Be very careful. My cousin booked with them in Sector 19 and the possession got delayed by almost 2 years. Unki reputation utni achhi nahi hai for timely delivery. ₹2 Cr is a huge amount to risk.
