Dwarka Sector 25: All-in cost ka kya scene hai?

Construction-linked payment plans are a trap for investors, honestly. I was looking at a 2BHK near Dwarka Sector 25, Deepak Kumar ka project. Initial quote ₹1.8 Cr tha, but jab all-in cost dekhi toh ₹2.2 Cr tak pahunch gayi. PLC, parking, maintenance advance sab add ho gaya. Yeh hidden charges se kaise bachein? Pre-launch mein lena better tha kya?
