Dwarka Sector 25 infra delays: Worth the wait or just hype?

Dwarka Sector 25 — I was really banking on this area for my first home, but ab toh samajh nahi aa raha. Metro Phase IV and UER-II connectivity were big selling points for projects here, but delays seem endless. Builders like Godrej Properties and Tata Housing promised so much based on these infra projects. Anyone bought near here? Kya lagta hai, will these projects ever complete on time? Or yeh price appreciation sirf marketing hype hai? Mere parents bolte hain South Delhi mein hi dekho, but budget ka issue hai. What's your experience with such delays and their impact on ROI? I mean, 3BHKs are already touching ₹2.5Cr, but if infra isn't delivered, is it even worth it?
