E-City prices 2026: Sustainable growth or bubble?

Electronic City Phase II mein prices toh आसमान छू रहे hain. Everyone glorifies Bangalore's property growth, but honestly, for 2026, I feel like it's a bubble waiting to burst. Kids have moved out, I'm looking for a smaller 2BHK, but even those are insane. Yeh current price rise sustainable hai kya? Or are we heading for a big correction? Change my mind.
