Early bird discount in Sohna: Is it a trap?

My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr for a 2BHK and I'm seeing pre-launch offers in Sector 82. Are these 'early bird discounts' for projects like Signature Global actually worth it, or just a trap? What's your experience with pre-launch in Sohna?

Early bird? More like early trap. Builders always promise the moon aur phir possession mein delay karte hain. ₹1.5 Cr for Sohna 2BHK seems high. What's the RERA status for this project in Sector 82?

Totally agree! My friend booked in Baharampur Naya a few years back, still waiting for possession. Sohna mein bhi yahi haal hai kya? I'm so nervous about this whole process.
