Did a site visit to a Gulshan Homz project in Raj Nagar Extension last Sunday. They're really pushing hard on these "early bird" pre-launch rates. Honestly, I work in real estate, so I know all the super area vs carpet area games. But for my own money, I'm just not sure if this discount is genuine ya fir it's a trap. Should I commit now and risk hidden PLC or OC charges later? Ya fir wait for RTM? Any Ghaziabad folks have experience with pre-launch projects here?
