Sector 7 mein SS Group ka project dekha tha last week. Brokers are pushing these 'pre-launch' offers so hard, keh rahe hain best deal abhi milegi. But I'm honestly not sure if it's a real discount ya just marketing hype. Kya Gurugram mein early bird pricing actually saves money later? Aur spot discount kitna possible hai on these? Seems like everyone says no negotiation but I'm looking for the best entry point for ROI. Has anyone managed to get a good deal post-launch too?
