My 2BHK in GGN is getting too small. We need a 3BHK for the kids, especially with school admissions next year. I'm looking at Signature Global in Sector 36A, they have a new launch. Builder bol raha hai pre-launch mein best price milega. But is that true? Yaar, pre-launch offers always feel like a trap. Is it worth booking early with a construction-linked plan? Or should I wait for RERA completion for better clarity, even if prices might go up? Super area numbers bhi confuse kar rahe hain. Kya lagta hai, Gurugram mein early booking ka sach kya hai?

Yaar, exactly my thought! Signature Global ke ads toh har jagah hain. Pre-launch offers sunke lagta hai 'deal' mil rahi hai, but deep down pata hai ki builder baad mein kuch na kuch add kar hi dega. Mera ek friend Airport Road pe ek project mein फंस गया था, usko possession milte-milte 2 saal late ho gaya aur maintenance charges bhi badha diye. Super area wala point toh legit hai, har builder ka apna calculation hota hai.
