Eastend Apartments: NRI investment reality check
Honestly not sure if I'm overthinking this or if Ghaziabad's market is just tricky for NRIs. I'm based in Dubai and looking at Eastend Apartments for investment. It's completed, which is good, but I can't do a site inspection myself. Kya actual rental yield mil raha hai wahan? Matlab, 2BHK ka kitna rent expect kar sakte hain? And resale market kaisa hai? Is it liquid? Future capital appreciation ka kya scene hai? Koi experience share kar sakta hai for an NRI investor? I'm worried about managing it from here, need some ground truth before finalising anything.

Bhai, NRI investment in Ghaziabad is always a bit tricky, especially if you can't visit. Eastend Apartments toh kaafi purana project hai, 2010 ka possession hai. Managing tenants from Dubai will be a headache, believe me. Rental yield pehle confirm kar lo, sirf builder ki baaton pe mat jaana.
